Goat Island Trip
On Monday room 8 was lucky enough to attend a trip to Goat Island. One of our students Julianna created a video about our experience and what we learnt on our trip. Please check out the video below.
Room 8 would like to say a huge thank-you to Frazer and the Auckland Zoo team for organising this with our school, Sophie from EMR who taught us how to snorkel and Nerissa from the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board who helped with the funding to make this possible. We had the best experience and have learnt so much from this and we cannot wait to continue this journey later on in the term.

ReplyDeleteit's me Finau and I just want to say I had a amazing time at goat island with rm 8 (which is my class). Well I was swimming I saw a snapper and some little fishes and seaweed. It was super fun.
